Prospective AC Milan loan signing Adel Taarabt has revealed that it would be an 'honour' to play for the club, should he manage to complete the deal before the transfer deadline.
Taarabt arrived in Milan on Thursday morning and is expected to be confirmed as a Rossoneri player, and the Queens Park Rangers man said that he was particularly looking forward to be working alongside Mario Balotelli.
"I am honoured to be able to play in the best club in the world," he told Gazzetta dello Sport. "Clarence Seedorf and I talked and we are both happy.
"I'm a striker and I also like to play behind the strikers. I do not know Balotelli personally, but I know who he is and I am pleased to be able to play with him."
Taarabt has spent the first half of the season on loan at Fulham.
