AC Milan midfielder Keisuke Honda is a January transfer target of West Ham United and Everton, according to a report.

West Ham United and Everton are both reportedly interested in signing AC Milan midfielder Keisuke Honda in the January transfer window.

The 29-year-old joined the Rossoneri on a free transfer from CSKA Moscow last year, but has struggled to nail down a regular starting spot for the club.

He has found his chances further limited this season under Sinisa Mihajlovic, and according to the Brentwood Gazette, West Ham are planning a €7m (£4.9m) bid for his services.

However, the Hammers are understood to have competition from Everton for the Japan international, who has started just two of Milan's last 11 league games.
