Ajax head coach Frank de Boer has told his players that there is room for improvement, despite the fact that they recorded a 3-0 win over Willem II last night.
Arkadiusz Milik opened the scoring in Amsterdam, before a second-half brace from Anwar El Ghazi made sure of the outcome.
However, De Boer has insisted that there was certain aspect of Ajax's play that must be enhanced over the coming weeks.
"I feel like our level definitely needs to be higher. In certain areas, like ball possession and midfield choices, we should have made better decisions," he told the club's official website.
"That's a matter of playing lots of matches, and looking at footage. We'll have more chances."
Ajax are top of the Eredivisie standings, having won their opening two games of the new season.
