Report: Lasse Schone to pen Ajax extension

A report claims that Denmark international Lasse Schone is close to extending his Ajax deal until 2017.

Danish winger Lasse Schone is reportedly close to signing a new deal at Ajax.

The 28-year-old, who joined Ajax from NEC in 2012, is widely regarded as one of the most talented attackers in the Dutch league.

A number of Premier League clubs have been linked with a move this season, but according to De Telegraaf, Schone is close to extending his contract at Ajax until 2017.

The Denmark international, who netted in Ajax's 3-1 win at PSV Eindhoven on Sunday, has scored 10 times in 30 games this season and 31 in total since making the move to Amsterdam.
