Anderlecht midfielder Leander Dendoncker is allegedly on his way to the West Midlands for talks with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Belgian international, who was part of the squad that reached the semi-finals of the World Cup, has previously been linked with West Ham United and Crystal Palace this summer.
Belgian news outlet Het Laatste Nieuws reports, however, that the 23-year-old is determined to fulfil a dream of playing in England and will now look to Nuno Espirito Santo's side in the hope of securing a move to the Premier League.
Dendoncker is said to be unhappy playing in Belgium, and has been offered assurances by Anderlecht chiefs that he can leave this summer for around £13.5m.
The midfielder is contracted with his current employers until the end of the 2020-21 campaign.
