Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has claimed that his side are full of confidence as they prepare to host Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Defeats to Dinamo Zagreb and Olympiacos in their opening Group F games mean that the Gunners face a battle to book a place in the knockout stage.
Wenger admits that Arsenal were punished for a poor approach to those games, but he is certain that they will be ready to produce their best against Bayern, who have won their last 12 games in all competitions.
"We needed belief and confidence that we are doing something right, so that helps," Wenger, whose side beat Watford 3-0 on Saturday, told reporters.
"We could be suspected of not taking the first two Champions League games seriously enough.
"We have beaten Bayern teams at least as good as the one tomorrow."
Arsenal have reached the knockout stage of the competition in each of the last 12 seasons.
