Galatasaray have been fined nearly £40,000 and ordered to pay for damage to the Emirates Stadium after their fans threw flares during a recent Champions League match against Arsenal.
Supporters of the Turkish club caused disruption during the match on October 1, which Arsenal went on to win 4-1.
UEFA have told Galatasaray that they have 30 days to contact Arsenal "for the settlement of the damages caused by its supporters".
Arsenal were charged with insufficient organisation following the game, but European football's governing body has decided to drop the disciplinary proceedings.
