UEFA have charged Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger with improper conduct following the club's Champions League exit to AC Milan on Tuesday.
The charge relates to comments made by Wenger about Slovenian referee Damir Skomina, with the Gunners boss unhappy with the number of free kicks given to the Milan team in the latter stages of the tie.
Wenger was also seen in heated discussions with the assistant referee following the final whistle.
The Frenchman was subject to a similiar charge following last season's exit to Barcelona at the same stage of the competition.
