Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has been ruled out of Arsenal's Champions League clash with Montpellier on Tuesday.
The 22-year-old did not travel with the Gunners squad after picking up an ankle injury, opening the door for Vito Mannone to start.
Meanwhile, 21-year-old goalkeeper James Shea is expected to be named on the bench for the Group B clash.
Arsenal are unbeaten in four Premier League games this season.
