Arsenal defender Rob Holding has admitted that he was "lost for words" following the club's memorable FA Cup final win over 10-man Chelsea this weekend.
The Gunners ended a rather difficult season with an impressive victory at Wembley, as goals from Alexis Sanchez and Aaron Ramsey nullified a Diego Costa leveller to ensure that Arsenal claimed a record 13th FA Cup win.
"If Costa gets one in 90 minutes I've done my job. Chelsea are a strong team, you've seen that over the season, so we knew it'd be tough," said Holding, according to the Daily Mail.
"A guy like Per [Mertesacker], who has won the World Cup, is going to make it comfortable for me. He's a quality, quality player. We get on well and long may it continue. I'm lost for words really - I never thought I'd experience this."
Arsenal's victory ensured that the club claimed their seventh FA Cup crown under Arsene Wenger's stewardship.
