Former Arsenal keeper Jens Lehmann believes that the club need to win the FA Cup to restore their reputation on the world stage.
The Gunners have failed to win a major trophy since 2005 when they last lifted the FA Cup, but they have the chance to end their nine-year wait for silverware against Hull City next week.
Lehmann told The Mirror: "I travel a lot now, all round the world – and Arsenal do not really get talked about. It is all Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool. Arsenal? Hardly at all. It is not a good feeling.
"That is why is important for them to beat Hull at Wembley. If they win, it will give the whole club a boost. The brand of Arsenal has suffered a little bit recently. You win the FA Cup and that can change it."
Arsenal face Norwich City on the final day of the Premier League season later today.
