Sports Mole rounds up Liverpool's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the Premier League fixture with Arsenal on April 4.
Sports Mole

Liverpool continue their bid to finish in the top four of the Premier League table with a trip to Arsenal on April 4.

Despite their recent run of home defeats, the Merseyside giants have remained in contention for a Champions League spot courtesy of victory at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

With almost three weeks until the visit to the Emirates Stadium, Jurgen Klopp will hope to see a number of players end their periods in the treatment room.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Liverpool's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the contest in the capital.

Roberto Firmino

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: April 4 (vs. Arsenal)

While Firmino missed the Wolves game as he continued to nurse a knee problem, the Brazilian should be ready to return after the international break.

Jordan Henderson

Status: Out
Type of injury: Groin
Possible return date: Unknown

Having sustained a groin injury during the Merseyside derby against Everton, Henderson is unlikely to be considered for selection until the middle of April at the earliest.

Joel Matip

Status: Out
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: Unknown

Liverpool will be without the services of Matip for the remainder of the season, with the central defender currently undergoing treatment for an ankle problem.

Joe Gomez

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Liverpool are also expected to be without the services of Gomez for the remainder of the season, with the centre-back suffering a serious knee injury while on international duty with England in November.

Virgil van Dijk

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Van Dijk has made strong progress in his recovery from a serious knee injury, but Klopp has hinted that the Netherlands international will not feature before the end of the campaign.

Caoimhin Kelleher

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Knock
Possible return date: April 4 (vs. Arsenal)

Kelleher has been struggling with a knock in recent weeks, resulting in his absence from the substitutes' bench. However, the young goalkeeper should be available again after the international break.

Divock Origi

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Muscular
Possible return date: April 4 (vs. Arsenal)

Having sustained a muscular problem, Origi missed the trip to Wolves. However, with a three-week recovery period, the Belgium international should come back into contention at the start of April.

LIVERPOOL'S SUSPENSION LIST

Liverpool have no players suspended for the showdown with the North London outfit.
