Matt Duke has said he was confident that Bradford City would beat Arsenal in the penalty shootout to decide their Capital One Cup quarter-final tie.
Bradford won the spot kick contest 3-2, their ninth shootout win in a row.
The Bantams keeper told Sky Sports News: "The lads in front of me were tremendous and we made it hard for Arsenal. It's a big night for the club and it was great to see Valley Parade full tonight.
"The lads were superb. I was confident we'd do it in the penalty shootout. We've got some great takers and I was confident I'd save a couple."
Manager Phil Parkinson added: "The talk will be about the penalties but the overall performance was excellent tonight. The way the lads stuck at the task was a credit to them."
The match finished 1-1 in normal time, with neither team finding a winner in extra time to send the game to penalties.
