Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has said that he loves his role in the team.
The Spaniard has made a strong start to his career in North London after joining the Gunners in the summer from Malaga for a fee of around £16m.
The 27-year-old has been used in a midfield three by Arsene Wenger, and the player says that he loves his job in the side.
"I ended up at a club that fights for titles and it is my goal to enjoy playing football in a different league and different culture," Cazorla told El Pais.
"Arsenal paid a lot of money for me, the role I have been given at the club is one that I like to fill. I do not find it hard for me to adjust. I love the way the team play football.
"The boss gave me a role behind the striker, which I freely perform. I've almost always played on the wing and come inside for space. Wenger has put me right behind the striker."
Cazorla is likely to feature when Arsenal host Southampton on Saturday.
