Denis Suarez has insisted that players of Hector Bellerin's quality "are always welcome" at Barcelona, as speculation continues to mount over the Arsenal full-back's future.
The 22-year-old has been tipped to make a return to Camp Nou this summer, six years after leaving the club's famed academy to link up with the Gunners.
Arsenal chief Stan Kroenke is said to have categorically ruled out selling the Spain international, but Suarez would love to see his international teammate make the switch.
"People want the best in Barcelona, and we hope that Bellerin could come," he told reporters. "High-level players are always welcome."
Bellerin has 115 Arsenal appearances to his name, 42 of which came last time out as the Gunners ended the campaign on a high by winning the FA Cup.
