Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong has been fined £6,000 by the Football Association for his controversial "yid scum" message on Twitter.
The 20-year-old was charged with improper conduct after posting a message on the social network site, negatively referring to Tottenham Hotspur with a Jewish insult.
A statement on the FA's official website said: "Frimpong posted comments amounting to improper conduct and/or which brought the game into disrepute, which included a reference to faith."
The English governing body also claimed that Frimpong has been warned over future conduct.
