Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong has been named in the Ghana squad for their World Cup qualifier against Sudan on March 24.
The 21-year-old, who is currently on loan at the Emirates, could have represented England, but opted to play for the country of his birth.
AC Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari has also been called into the squad, but there is no place for former Fulham defender John Paintsil, who allegedly attacked his wife with a knife last month.
Frimpong has been linked with a permanent move to Fulham at the end of the season.
