Olivier Giroud has insisted that Arsenal are mentally tough enough to bounce back from their opening-day defeat to West Ham United.
The Gunners saw their Premier League campaign get off to a disastrous start last weekend as they were beaten 2-0 at home by the Hammers.
Arsene Wenger's side are back in action tomorrow when they make the trip to Crystal Palace, and Giroud is confident that they can leave Selhurst Park with a positive result.
"Unfortunately we have made mistakes - we will learn from them and try not to do it again," the Frenchman is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "We can succeed to play our game. We want to bounce back on Sunday.
"When you want to win the league it is always a mix of skill and mental quality, technique and tactical. You cannot win the league without mental strength, and I think we have got it in our squad."
Giroud scored 19 goals in 36 appearances for Arsenal last season.
