Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud has played down the severity of the head injury suffered by Laurent Koscielny during their win over Fenerbahce in the Champions League on Wednesday.
The defender was forced off in the first half of their 3-0 win after taking a boot to the face that resulted in the Frenchman picking up a deep cut
Koscielny received stitches before being taken the hospital, but his compatriot Giroud insists that the injury isn't as bad as first feared.
"Some news from Lolo...he's ok, no worries, HE WILL BE BAAACK!," Giroud post on social networking site Instagram.
Giroud netted Arsenal's third goal of the match from the penalty spot.
