Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson has revealed that he is not interested in playing international football yet.
The 20-year-old, who has previously represented England at Under-17 level but played for Finland's Under-21s, says that he is only focused on playing for his club at the moment.
Jenkinson told The Independent: "Finland have contacted me. I've told them my exact words when I spoke to them was 'I'm focusing on my club football' so that's all there is to it.
"I'm going to have to make a decision at some point. As I've said many times, I will cross that bridge when I come to it. Until then I'm just concentrating on each game as it comes."
The right-back was born in England but his mother is Finnish, which means he could play for either nation.
There had been some speculation that he could be called up to the England squads for next week's World Cup qualifiers, following a series of highly-rated performances for Arsenal this season.
