Arsenal full-back Carl Jenkinson has hailed teammate Nacho Monreal after his goal helped the Gunners to their 2-0 win over Swansea City.
Left-back Monreal, who moved to the Emirates from Malaga during the winter transfer window, opened the scoring against Swansea with 16 minutes of the match remaining.
"I'm a big fan [of Monreal]," Jenkinson told Arsenal's official website. "It was really important he got our first goal. We needed that.
"Then it was about keeping it tight at the back and Gerv [Gervinho] went and got the second one. It turned out fantastically in the end.
"It's a huge win. We were buzzing in the changing room because this is a hard place to come to and get a win. I'm delighted and so are the boys, and so we should be. We've come here and won 2-0."
The win moves Arsenal up to fifth in the Premier League, four points adrift of North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
