England Under-21s manager Gareth Southgate has recalled Chelsea midfielder Lewis Baker to the side, one year after his last appearance for the Young Lions.
Baker, who is currently playing on loan for Vitesse, last featured for the team in a European playoff against Croatia in October 2014.
