Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has insisted that the Gunners' defensive improvement this season is down to a change in attitude across the squad.
Arsene Wenger's side have conceded just one goal in their opening four Premier League games, and Ramsey believes that they have learned from last season's frailties.
Ramsey said: "We have definitely learned from last season - we got off to a bad start and finished really strongly. But this time we have started off well so hopefully we can keep that going.
"It is important that everyone gets on, and that we know exactly on the pitch and we are confident. That is showing in the performances and results we are getting lately.
"We have tightened up at the back, and as a team defensively we are getting into better positions and I think that has shown so far. Everyone is confident and all looking forward to the next game."
Arsenal travel to Manchester City this weekend, with both sides looking to maintain their unbeaten league start.
