Harry Redknapp believes that Arsenal are two or three players away from winning the Premier League title.
The Gunners are on course to finish second in the league this season, although they are 10 points adrift of leaders Chelsea following Sunday's goalless draw between the sides.
However, Redknapp says that Arsene Wenger's side are not far behind the Blues and can be a real danger to Jose Mourinho's men next term if they recruit well in the summer.
"Arsenal are not far short. I'm sure Arsene knows, but I think they need two or three players next year if they are really going to look to win the league," the former Tottenham Hotspur and Queens Park Rangers boss told talkSPORT.
"They need a bit of strengthening down the spine of the team. I think they need another central defender, a midfield player and a striker.
"They are not easy to find, but if they can go and out and bring a bit more strength to the team [they can challenge for the title]. They have certainly got lots of fantastic talented players there already."
Arsenal travel to Hull City on Monday.
