Arsene Wenger has said he that he will not stand down as Arsenal boss despite criticism from the fans and press after their 2-0 loss to Liverpool yesterday.
An own goal and a Luis Suarez strike ensured victory for the Reds in what was their first victory at Arsenal in 11 years.
"There is no chance I would walk away", Wenger said. “We are living in circumstances where every defeat is absolutely a disgrace and an earthquake.”
"There is only one chance and that is that I will try to do my best for this club."
"We are very disappointed to have lost but we are at the start of the season."
