Arsene Wenger has emerged as a surprise candidate to replace Jose Mourinho as manager of Real Madrid, according to the Daily Mail.
The former Chelsea manager's days at Madrid are rumoured to be numbered after alleged feuds taking place with his players and members of the board.
Wenger was approached by representatives of Real in 2009 but rejected the proposal in favour of prolonging his stay in North London.
Mourinho said on Tuesday: "I don't know if I'll be at Real Madrid next season."
Germany head coach Joachim Low is also reportedly being considered as a potential replacement for Mourinho.
