Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has praised his side's "quality and spirit" as they fought back to earn a 2-2 draw with Liverpool in the Premier League on Wednesday night.
Luis Suarez and Jordan Henderson put the visitors 2-0 ahead with an hour played at the Emirates Stadium before Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott struck in quick succession to secure the Gunners a point.
"We were outstanding going forward but nervous defensively," Wenger told Sky Sports News. "But we showed quality and spirit to draw. We could have won by three goals and we could have lost. That is why it was a great game."
The draw means that Arsenal stay in sixth place in the Premier League table.
