Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has applauded the efforts of on-loan playmaker Yossi Benayoun as the Gunners approach the climax of the season.
Benayoun, who is on a season-long loan from Chelsea, has made 16 league appearances for the North London side despite being regularly plagued by injury problems.
Wenger has said that the Israeli midfielder has rediscovered his confidence and can play a part in the Gunners' run-in.
"He has been very patient and very professional," said Wenger.
"He came here with lack of competition and it took him a while to become really sharp.
"He kept working and waited for his place. We kept faith in him and put him in for big games because he is an intelligent and talented player. He has a good team attitude."
Wenger's men are five points clear of biggest rivals Spurs in fourth and look set to secure Champions League football for next season.
