Alexis Sanchez scored a hat-trick as Arsenal came from behind to claim a 5-2 win over Leicester City in their Premier League clash.

Jamie Vardy gave the Foxes an early lead, but goals from Theo Walcott and Sanchez saw the Gunners head into the break in front.

Sanchez then added two more strikes in the second half, and after Vardy pulled a goal back for Leicester, Olivier Giroud scored deep into stoppage time to seal the points for Arsenal.

Goal

Kasper Schmeichel: Was beaten to Ozil's cross by Sanchez for Arsenal's third goal of the match, and may feel that he could have done better after allowing the Chilean's long-range drive to creep past him. (5/10)

Defence

Ritchie De Laet: Got forward well early in the first half, but was caught out by Walcott for the equaliser and struggled against Sanchez after the break. (6/10)

Wes Morgan: Made a number of vital blocks as Leicester came under intense pressure in the second half. (6/10)

Robert Huth: Strong in the air throughout the match, but struggled against the pace of Arsenal's attack (5/10)

Jefferey Schlupp: Looked threatening down the left early in the match and forced Cech into a save, but faded as the game wore on. (6/10)

Midfield

Marc Albrighton: Delivered some fine free kicks and crosses in the first half. However, he made less of an impact after the break and was eventually replaced by Ulloa. (6/10)

N'Golo Kante: Put in plenty of effort all afternoon, but was unable to prevent Arsenal's midfield from dominating the match. (6/10)

Danny Drinkwater: Committed performance from the midfielder, who gave his all for the Foxes and set up Vardy's goal with a fine pass. (7/10)

Riyad Mahrez: Showed some glimpses of danger in the first half, but was unable to replicate his fine recent form. (5/10)

Jamie Vardy: Fine display from the England international, who grabbed both of Leicester's goals with well-taken finishes and saw two attempts in the first half hit the woodwork. (8/10)

Shinji Okazaki: Struggled to compete against Mertesacker and Koscielny in the first half and was replaced at the break by King. (5/10)

Substitutes

Andy King: Brought on at half time and made little impact as the Foxes were run ragged in the midfield. (5/10)

Leonardo Ulloa: Offered a couple of bright moments for the hosts and teed up Vardy for his second of the match. (6/10)

Andrej Kramaric: Almost grabbed a late goal, but saw his close-range strike saved on the line by Cech. (6/10)

Goal

Petr Cech: Despite conceding two goals the Czech made a number of saves, including a stunning block from point-blank range to deny Kramaric late on. (6/10)

Hector Bellerin: Always looked to get involved and his powerful run down the right led to Arsenal's second of the afternoon. (7/10)

Per Mertesacker: Towering performance from the German, who won everything that came his way in the air and showed good positioning throughout. (7/10)

Laurent Koscielny: Made a number of timely interceptions and defended well alongside Mertesacker. (7/10)

Nacho Monreal: Was not given too many problems down his side of the pitch and set up Giroud's goal with a fine run and cross from the left. (7/10)

Midfield

Santi Cazorla: Outstanding on the ball throughout the match and set up Walcott's goal with an inch-perfect pass. He always used possession well and was a key player for the Gunners as they dominated the midfield. (8/10)

Mathieu Flamini: Unable to reproduce his cup heroics as he was taken off with a hamstring injury after just 21 minutes. (6/10)

Aaron Ramsey: Worked hard for the team throughout the match, but was unable to create any clear shooting chances on goal. (7/10)

Attack

Alexis Sanchez: Stunning display from the Chilean who ended his drought in front of goal with a hat-trick. The pick of the bunch was a low drive from range that found the bottom corner in the closing stages. (9/10)

Mesut Ozil: Did not see too much of the ball in the first half, but came alive after the break. He showed some fantastic touches and set up Sanchez's second goal with a fine cross. (7/10)

Theo Walcott: Took his goal brilliantly to score the equaliser for Arsenal and proved to be a handful for the Leicester defence with his pace throughout the match. (8/10)

Substitutes

Mikel Arteta: Came on for the injured Flamini and slotted into the midfield alongside Cazorla. He rarely gave the ball away and showed good composure while in possession. (7/10)

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain: Gave the Leicester defence problems with his direct running in the closing stages. (6/10)
