Sports Mole looks at how Arsenal could line up for Saturday's Premier League encounter with West Ham United at the Emirates.

Arsenal welcome West Ham United to the Emirates on Saturday as they look to further their push for a place in European competition next year.

The Gunners go into the match following a 2-0 victory in the FA Cup fifth round over Portsmouth at Fratton Park on Monday, and the North London outfit will now face Sheffield United in the last eight of the competition.

Mikel Arteta's side have recorded back-to-back victories against Everton and Newcastle United in their last two Premier League matches at home, but suffered a disheartening 2-1 defeat to Olympiacos in the Europa League last week, knocking them out of the competition in the last-32 stage on away goals.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how Arsenal could line up for the weekend's Premier League clash.

Out: Lucas Torreira (ankle), Sead Kolasinac (shoulder), Cedric Soares (knee), Calum Chambers (knee)
Doubtful: Kieran Tierney (shoulder)

January signing Pablo Mari could be in line for his first Premier League start after impressing at Fratton Park, meaning one of either David Luiz or Shkodran Mustafi may have to settle for a place among the substitutes.

Lucas Torreira will not be involved after suffering a fractured ankle in Monday night's win, meaning that Granit Xhaka and Dani Ceballos are likely to partner up in midfield. Bernd Leno should also return in between the sticks.

Top goalscorer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and midfielder Mesut Ozil were both rested for the trip to Portsmouth, and therefore are shoo-ins to return for the visit of West Ham. Nicolas Pepe is also likely to come back into the frame against the Hammers.

Despite being dropped for Eddie Nketiah in the Gunners' last two Premier League matches, Alexandre Lacazette should return to spearhead the Arsenal attack given Nketiah's exploits in the FA Cup.

Left-back Kieran Tierney could potentially make a return to the squad for the weekend's fixture, however Bukayo Saka has impressed as a makeshift defender over the last few weeks and is almost certain to retain his place.
