Brentford vs. Liverpool (Saturday, 12.30pm)

With the chance to momentarily move five points clear at the top of the Premier League table, Liverpool travel south to face Brentford in Saturday's 12.30pm kickoff at the Gtech Community Stadium.

The Reds regained their rightful position at the summit by overcoming Burnley 3-1 last weekend, while the Bees eased any growing relegation fears with a 2-0 success at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

We say: Brentford 1-3 Liverpool

No team in the Premier League has lost more points from winning positions than Brentford (26) in the current Premier League season, while comeback kings Liverpool have taken a league-high 19 after falling behind, which points to one outcome in the capital even if Frank's side can draw first blood.

The Reds' defending has left something to be desired in recent weeks, but the third time should be the charm for Klopp's team at the Gtech Community Stadium, as the Reds temporarily build up an unassailable lead in first place.

Burnley vs. Arsenal (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Six days on from a history-making six-goal victory, Arsenal seek to prolong their perfect Premier League record in 2024 when they travel to Lancashire to square off with Burnley on Saturday.

Mikel Arteta's men obliterated London rivals West Ham United 6-0 in gameweek 24, whereas the Clarets' trip to league leaders Liverpool ended in a 3-1 defeat.

We say: Burnley 0-3 Arsenal

Burnley may no longer roll over at Turf Moor as they did in the opening months of the campaign, but faced with a defensively-sound Arsenal side who have also rediscovered their potency up front, the Clarets faithful should be in for a chastening afternoon.

Even with their impending Champions League trip to Portugal playing on their minds, a ruthless, free-flowing and aerially dominant Gunners contingent should etch their name into Arsenal folklore in Lancashire, although any supporters praying for another six-goal success may be left disappointed.

Fulham vs. Aston Villa (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Now playing catch-up in the race for Champions League qualification, Aston Villa return to Premier League duty on Saturday, travelling south to face Fulham at Craven Cottage.

The Lions fell short in a 2-1 loss to Manchester United last weekend, while the Cottagers snapped a six-game losing sequence by getting the better of Bournemouth 3-1.

We say: Fulham 1-2 Aston Villa

Only one result is usually on the cards when Fulham score in a Premier League home game, and with Kamara beginning a lengthy spell on the sidelines, the Cottagers will fancy their chances against the out-of-sorts visitors.

Rearguard stability has come naturally to Emery's men on the road in recent weeks, though, and with Fulham still suspect defensively at times, we can picture Emery's men breaking the hosts' golden sequence at Craven Cottage to get their Champions League charge back on track.

Newcastle vs. Bournemouth (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Eddie Howe reunites with former club Bournemouth as his Newcastle United side welcome the Cherries to St James' Park for a Premier League clash on Saturday afternoon.

The Magpies will be seeking revenge as they suffered a 2-0 defeat to Andoni Iraola's side at the Vitality Stadium in mid-November.

We say: Newcastle United 3-2 Bournemouth

Recent meetings between these two sides have been tight affairs, but a more expansive approach could be taken by both Howe and Iraola this weekend, which could lead to plenty of goalmouth action at St James' Park.

Newcastle's leaky backline could struggle to keep Bournemouth quiet in the final third, but the Magpies may just do enough to outscore their opponents en route to claiming three important points, even if Isak is not deemed fit to feature.

Nott'm Forest vs. West Ham (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Almost a week on from their six-goal drubbing by Arsenal, West Ham United seek to return to winning ways in Saturday's Premier League encounter against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.

The two teams were involved in a five-goal thriller at the London Stadium in mid-November, with Tomas Soucek netting in the 88th minute to seal a 3-2 victory for the Hammers.

We say: Nottingham Forest 2-2 West Ham United

Both sides have been far from watertight defensively but have plenty of attacking players at their disposal to cause problems at the other end, so an entertaining end-to-end contest could be on the cards this weekend.

West Ham got the better of Forest in the reverse fixture, but we believe that the hosts, who are almost at full strength, should do enough to claim at least a share of the spoils in front of a fired-up City Ground crowd.

Spurs vs. Wolves (Saturday, 3.00pm)

On the hunt for a sixth successive Premier League home victory, Tottenham Hotspur host Wolverhampton Wanderers at their North London headquarters on Saturday afternoon.

The Lilywhites earned a dramatic 2-1 comeback win over Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend, while Gary O'Neil's side were put to the sword 2-0 by Brentford.

We say: Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 Wolverhampton Wanderers

While Hwang is no doubt a capable deputy for Cunha, losing the in-form Brazilian during his purple patch is a devastating setback for O'Neil's men, who can at least take solace from their recent beating of Spurs and overall form on the road.

However, with the Lilywhites' treatment room slowly emptying, Postecoglou could put out a full-strength XI for the first time in months, and a first-choice selection will surely prove too hot for Wolves to handle.

Man City vs. Chelsea (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Three months on from their riveting 4-4 draw at Stamford Bridge, Manchester City and Chelsea renew acquaintances at the Etihad Stadium for a Premier League showdown on Saturday evening.

While the Citizens endeavour to chase down Liverpool at the summit, their West London counterparts are seeking to boost their hopes of securing a top-seven finish.

We say: Manchester City 3-1 Chelsea

The neutrals enter Saturday's contest hoping to witness an equally enthralling encounter to the eight-goal extravaganza that unfolded between Man City and Chelsea in November, and goals are to be expected once again, considering not only the attacking threat of both teams but their vulnerabilities at the back.

However, it is difficult to back against a rampant title-chasing Man City side who have turned the Etihad into a fortress and have a plethora of in-form forwards at their disposal who can fire the champions to a seventh straight Premier League victory.
