Rob Holding has made the starting lineup for Arsenal's Boxing Day Premier League clash with Norwich City, but Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is not involved.
Holding has lost his place in the centre of defence this term following the arrival of Ben White, featuring in just three of the Gunners' Premier League games so far in the 2021-22 campaign.
However, given the injury to Takehiro Tomiyasu, Holding returns at centre-back alongside Gabriel, with White seemingly set to occupy the right-back role ahead of Cedric Soares and Calum Chambers.
Further up the pitch, there is still no room for former captain Aubameyang, with Gabriel Martinelli and Alexandre Lacazette both holding their spots in the final third.
Eighteen-year-old starlet Charlie Patino, on the other hand, does make the bench, with the teenager scoring on his debut for the club in the 5-1 EFL Cup thrashing of Sunderland last week.
Arsenal starting lineup: Ramsdale; White, Holding, Gabriel, Tierney; Partey, Xhaka; Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli; Lacazette
