  • Done deal: Forward leaves Real Madrid in surprise transfer

Qatari side Al Gharafa have completed the signing of Spanish forward Joselu from Real Madrid.

Last week, Espanyol released a statement confirming that Real Madrid had exercised their purchase option on Joselu, who spent last season on loan with Carlo Ancelotti's side.

The forward was in strong form for Los Blancos during the 2023-24 campaign, scoring 17 times and registering three assists in 49 appearances in all competitions.

Real Madrid were expected to keep hold of the 34-year-old next season, but he would likely struggle for action during the 2024-25 campaign due to the imminent arrivals of Kylian Mbappe and Endrick.

Summer capture: Man United 'given' major boost in pursuit of £38m-rated star

Paris Saint-Germain head coach Luis Enrique is allegedly willing to let Manuel Ugarte leave this summer amid suggestions of interest from Manchester United.

The Red Devils are determined to sign a new central midfielder this summer, with Christian Eriksen widely expected to depart, while Casemiro is also being heavily linked with an exit.

A recent report claimed that Ugarte had emerged as a target for the 20-time English champions, with contact already being made between the two clubs.

According to The Sunday People, PSG manager Enrique has made it clear that he is prepared to allow the Uruguay international to depart during the current market.

Offer submitted: Barcelona 'launch bid' for 22-year-old attacker

Barcelona have allegedly made an official offer for Hull City attacker Jaden Philogene.

The 22-year-old was in impressive form for his Championship club during the 2023-24 campaign, scoring 12 goals and registering six assists in 33 appearances in all competitions.

A recent report claimed that Barcelona had registered their interest in the Englishman, and according to journalist Florian Plettenberg, an official offer has now been submitted by the La Liga giants.

Plettenberg claims that Hansi Flick's side have 'analysed him in detail', and the bid is to take him on loan for the 2024-25 campaign, with an obligation to buy next summer for between €20m (£16.9m) and €23m (£19.5m), providing that certain conditions are met, including playing time.

Chelsea 'to include youngster' in Dewsbury-Hall deal

Chelsea are reportedly on the brink of signing Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall having agreed to include a young player in the deal.

The Blues have enjoyed a proactive period of transfer activity, even with the threat of breaching the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability regulations seemingly being very much in play.

Defender Tosin Adarabioyo and Omari Kellyman have arrived from Fulham and Aston Villa respectively, with Ian Maatsen moving to the latter in a £37.5m deal.

Future sales could follow with Omari Hutchinson allegedly on the brink of linking up with Ipswich Town for a fee of at least £20m, albeit with Arsenal due a percentage of that deal courtesy of a sell-on clause.

Done deal: Aston Villa sell midfielder for £42.4m in massive PSR boost

Aston Villa have confirmed that Brazilian midfielder Douglas Luiz has left the club to join Juventus in a €50m (£42.4m) deal.

The Italian giants have captured the former Manchester City midfielder on a five-year contract until the summer of 2029, ending long-running speculation about Luiz's future.

The 26-year-old was previously heavily linked with a move to Arsenal, who had two bids rejected in the summer of 2022 and were thought to have reignited their interest this time around too.

However, Juventus moved quickly to strike a deal with Unai Emery's side, and while a swap deal involving two players did not materialise, the two parties shook hands on a sizeable fee.

Giants to collide: Real Madrid, Bayern 'set' to battle for £110m-rated star

Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are reportedly shaping up to battle for the services of Bayer Leverkusen attacker Florian Wirtz during the summer of 2025.

The 21-year-old was in impressive form for Leverkusen during the 2023-24 campaign, scoring 18 goals and registering 20 assists in 49 appearances in all competitions.

Wirtz has been a vital player for Germany at Euro 2024, meanwhile, and he found the back of the net against Scotland in the opening match of the competition on June 14.

The attacker, who is valued at £110m by transfermarkt, has a contract with Xabi Alonso's team until June 2027, and despite some speculation, it is highly unlikely that he will be on the move during this summer's transfer window.

Transfer rumours: Abraham to Milan, Lookman interest, Oxlade-Chamberlain future

AC Milan could reportedly target a move for Roma striker Tammy Abraham if a transfer for Bologna's Joshua Zirkzee fails to materialise.

The Rossoneri have been battling Arsenal and Manchester United for the right to sign Zirkzee and were believed to have been leading the chase at one point, even agreeing personal terms with the Dutchman.

However, Milan are yet to trigger Zirkzee's €40m (£33.9m) release clause, and there are suggestions that Man United may be better placed to do so, forcing the Rossoneri to look elsewhere.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan's search for alternatives could lead them to Roma and Abraham, who only managed 12 appearances for the Giallorossi last season due to injury.

Deal off: Man United could be 'forced' to abandon centre-back pursuit

Manchester United could allegedly drop their interest in Jarrad Branthwaite, with Everton said to be unprepared to lower their substantial asking price for the centre-back.

Branthwaite is widely thought to be Man United's leading centre-back target this summer, with the 22-year-old enjoying an impressive 2023-24 campaign for the Toffees.

However, Everton are believed to value the Englishman in the region of £80m, while it is believed that offers of under £70m would not be seriously considered by the Merseyside outfit.

Man United will not go to £70m, with their initial bid believed to have been £45m including add-ons, and Erik ten Hag's side are now being linked with a number of alternatives.

Done deal? Real Madrid 'to beat' Man United, Liverpool to wonderkid signing

Real Madrid are reportedly closing in on a deal for Lille centre-back Leny Yoro, with the youngster's signing potentially being announced within the next couple of weeks.

The 18-year-old, who is widely regarded as one of the best teenage talents in world football, only has a contract with Lille until the end of the 2024-25 campaign.

Manchester United and Liverpool have been heavily linked with the Frenchman, but it has always been thought that Real Madrid were at the head of the queue for his signature.

According to AS, with Nacho's departure now being confirmed, Real Madrid have stepped up their pursuit of the defender, and a deal is expected to be secured within the next couple of weeks.

Transfer news and rumours: Mikautadze to West Ham, Beavers to Newcastle, Antonio update

West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing Metz forward Georges Mikautadze this summer.

The 23-year-old scored 13 times in 20 Ligue 1 appearances in the second half of last season for Metz after returning to the club on loan from Ajax, but he was unable to prevent the team from being relegated from France's top flight.

Having resigned for Les Grenats on a permanent basis this summer, Metz are allegedly looking for around €25m (£21m) for the forward, who is the joint-leading goalscorer at Euro 2024 this summer, finding the back of the net on three occasions for Georgia.

A host of clubs, including Monaco, Borussia Dortmund, Napoli and Newcastle United, have been credited with an interest in the attacker.

Kimmich is set to leave Bayern this summer in search of a fresh challenge, and a number of clubs are being credited with an interest in the Germany international.

Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool are all said to be keen on the 29-year-old, who only has a contract at Allianz Arena until June 2025.

However, according to The Sun, there is also interest from Man City, and Kimmich is open to a reunion with Pep Guardiola, having played under the Citizens head coach at Bayern.

Striker arrival: Man United under pressure to 'accelerate' deal for 23-year-old

Manchester United will reportedly have to sign Joshua Zirkzee before the middle of August if they are to pay just €40m (£33.9m) for the Bologna centre-forward.

The Dutchman has seemingly emerged as the English club's leading forward target this summer, as the Red Devils bid to bring in competition for Rasmus Hojlund next season.

Zirkzee has a €40m (£33.9m) release clause in his current deal at Bologna, but according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the buy-out fee is only valid until the middle of August.

Romano claims that the 20-time English champions are currently 'discussing internally', having held discussions with Zirkzee's agents to learn the cost of the deal.
