Chelsea duo Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi are reportedly on the verge of leaving Stamford Bridge.

Abraham's future has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks, with Roma and Arsenal thought to be competing for the England international's signature.

According to Sky Sports News, Roma are now confident of completing a move for the centre-forward in a deal that could be worth in the region of €45m (£38.3m).

Batshuayi, meanwhile, is not in Thomas Tuchel's plans for the 2021-22 campaign, and the arrival of Romelu Lukaku has pushed the Belgium international further down the pecking order.

The report claims that the striker is nearing a move to Turkish outfit Besiktas, and he will leave the Blues having managed 25 goals in 77 appearances in all competitions.

Timo Werner was also linked with a move away from Chelsea earlier this summer, but the Germany international is now set to remain with the Champions League winners.
