AC Milan have reportedly reignited their interest in Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira.
The former Sampdoria man was linked with a return to Italy last summer but ultimately remained at the Emirates. where he has contributed one goal and one assist in 24 Premier League appearances this term.
However, Torreira has supposedly not ruled out a move back to Serie A, and according to Corriere dello Sport, Milan remain keen on a deal for the 24-year-old.
The report also claims that Arsenal's asking price could prove to be a stumbling block for the Italian outfit, with the Gunners supposedly set to demand €40m (£35.3m) for the Uruguay international.
Nevertheless, Milan are reportedly willing to sell players in order to raise funds for a move, with Franck Kessie having been linked with Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Ham United recently.
Torreira made 74 appearances for Sampdoria before joining Arsenal in 2018, where he is under contract until the end of the 2022-23 season.
