Philippe Coutinho's agent Kia Joorabchian has reiterated that the Barcelona playmaker is interested in joining a Premier League side.
The Brazil international is on the lookout for a new club after Bayern Munich turned down the chance to make his loan spell permanent.
Coutinho, currently sidelined with an ankle injury, is due to return to Barcelona - where he is also allegedly unwanted - at the end of the campaign.
Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are all believed to be willing to take a punt on the 27-year-old, who starred with Liverpool during his previous spell in English football.
Joorabchian has put Premier League clubs on alert by revealing that Coutinho would like to return to England one day.
"He has a desire to come back to the Premier League at some point," he told Sky Sports News.
"It may not happen this year, it may happen this year - we don't know. We really have not discussed anything for now."
Coutinho has scored nine goals and set up eight more in 29 Bundesliga and Champions League games for Bayern this season.
