The agent of Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud has insisted that he will not be departing the Emirates in the January transfer window.
The 30-year-old, who has 18 months left on his current contract with the Gunners, has found himself resigned to starting on the bench this season following the fine form of Alexis Sanchez in the league.
That has led to speculation that Giroud could seek a move away from North London next month, with Italian giants AC Milan and Napoli thought to have expressed an interest.
Denying the reports, agent Michael Manuello told FootMercarto: "I've never been in contact with Italian clubs. Olivier is very happy at Arsenal.
"He's going to finish his season here. Nothing is possible in January for Olivier. He has no intention of leaving this winter."
Giroud moved to Arsenal from Montpellier in 2012 and has gone on to score 60 goals in 142 Premier League appearances.
