Arsenal and Chelsea are reportedly both in the running to sign Crystal Palace attacker Wilfried Zaha on a free transfer at the end of the campaign.
The 30-year-old's contract at Selhurst Park is due to expire at the end of June, and as it stands, the experienced forward will become a free agent ahead of the 2023-24 season.
There remains a host of speculation surrounding the Ivory Coast international's future, with a number of Premier League clubs thought to be interested, in addition to Barcelona.
Meanwhile, a recent report claimed that three Saudi Arabian clubs were considering moves for Zaha.
According to talkSPORT, Arsenal and Chelsea are both keen on the forward's signature this summer, while 'big clubs in Europe' are also being kept informed of any developments.
Zaha has again been an important player for Palace during the 2022-23 campaign, making 21 appearances in all competitions, contributing six goals and three assists in the process.
The forward was recently on the sidelines through injury but made his return on Saturday, playing the full 90 minutes of Palace's 1-0 defeat to Aston Villa.
Zaha has made 451 appearances for the Eagles during two separate spells, scoring 89 goals and contributing 76 assists in the process.
The forward's former Palace teammate Darren Ambrose remains 'hopeful' that an agreement can be reached to allow the Ivorian to remain at Selhurst Park.
"Speaking with my Crystal Palace connections, hopefully Zaha does sign a new contract," he told talkSPORT.
"But if I put a neutral head on, he's only 30 and I'd still love to see how far he can get in the game. I think he could play for a top four side in the Premier League, I really do.
"I've said this many times, and I'm going to say it again – I think he gets into any squad in the Premier League. I'm not saying he would walk into the Manchester City or Arsenal teams, but he's good enough to be in the squads of those clubs."
Tottenham Hotspur have also been credited with an interest in Zaha, although a recent report claimed that the North London club had switched their attention elsewhere.
Zaha moved to Manchester United in 2013 but failed to make an impression at Old Trafford, only representing the club on four occasions before returning to Selhurst Park. body check tags ::
