The Guinea-Bissau-born forward will be eligible for a free transfer when his contract expires in the summer.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has sent chief scout Steve Rowley to watch the 23-year-old in action, according to The People.
Portuguese champions Porto are also thought to be interested in signing Ederzito.
