Arsenal will reportedly meet with the agent of Torino defender Armando Izzo over the next couple of days to discuss a potential swoop for the Italian in this summer's transfer window.
Izzo, who made his senior debut for Italy in March, contributed four goals and one assist in 39 appearances for his Serie A club during the 2018-19 campaign.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Arsenal boss Unai Emery has identified the 27-year-old as a key transfer target and the Gunners are due to hold talks with the centre-back's agent in London over the next couple of days.
That said, the report claims that Torino are desperate to keep hold of Izzo - signed from Genoa in last summer - and would demand a hefty fee in order to part with the defender ahead of the 2019-20 campaign.
Emery's side reportedly only have a transfer budget of around £40m this summer after missing out on Champions League qualification for the 2019-20 campaign.
