Arsenal have reportedly tabled an offer for Le Havre midfielder Pape Gueye.
The 21-year-old turned out 25 times for the Ligue 2 outfit during the 2019-20 campaign, but Gueye's contract with Le Havre will expire at the end of June.
Watford were previously believed to have won the battle for Gueye's signature, but the midfielder has since confirmed that he will not be joining Nigel Pearson's side this summer.
As a result, Gueye's future remains up in the air ahead of next season, and according to Le Phoceen, Arsenal have submitted an offer three times the amount from other clubs for the Le Havre man.
However, Gueye has supposedly rejected the offer from Mikel Arteta's side as he is keen to further his development in Ligue 1 before moving elsewhere.
Marseille, Nantes and Angers are among the sides rumoured to be keeping a close eye on developments.
