Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has reportedly attracted the attention of Arsenal ahead of the January transfer window.
Pickford has been one of the few players to impress at the Stadium of Light this season, with the 22-year-old establishing himself as the club's first-choice stopper ahead of Vito Mannone.
However, according to the London Evening Standard, his performances have resulted in Arsenal contemplating a move for the England Under-21 international.
The Gunners are well-stocked in the goalkeeping department, with Petr Cech, David Ospina and Emiliano Martinez - who recently signed a new contract with the club - all being involved at some stage this season.
However, should a bid for his signature be accepted, it has been claimed that Arsene Wenger would be willing to allow Pickford to rejoin Sunderland on loan for the rest of the season.
