Arsenal are reportedly preparing to offer Chelsea attacker Willian a two-year contract.
The Brazil international will see his current deal at Stamford Bridge expire at the end of June.
Willian has revealed that he wants to stay in the Premier League regardless of whether he signs a new deal with Frank Lampard's side, leading to suggestions that Tottenham Hotspur are preparing a move.
However, according to TEAMtalk, Arsenal are now putting plans together to offer the South American the chance to sign a two-year contract at the Emirates Stadium ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
Lampard has attempted to take Chelsea in a new direction this season with the introduction of youth players, but Willian has still been used on 37 occasions this term, contributing seven goals and six assists in the process.
The 31-year-old has also been linked with Barcelona and Juventus as the speculation surrounding his future continues to gather pace.
