Arsenal have reportedly been forced to reassess their transfer options as potential deals for Yannick Carrasco and Ryan Fraser have stalled.
The Gunners are working with a small budget this summer and they are rumoured to have been priced out of a move for two of their top targets.
Dalian Yifang are after £30m for Carrasco, who is eyeing a return to European football, while Fraser will cost around the same amount to prise away from Bournemouth.
Unai Emery is desperate to add a winger to his squad and, according to the Evening Standard, he is now having to look elsewhere.
Arsenal may also be priced out of a move for Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney, meanwhile, as their £15m bid is believed to be £10m short of the Scottish club's valuation.
