Arsenal have reportedly rekindled their interest in signing Arthur Melo from Juventus

Arthur has struggled for playing time since joining the Italian club in 2020, with the midfielder starting only 24 league games in the last two seasons.

Despite having three years left to run on his current contract, Arthur has been continuously linked with a move away from Turin.

Arsenal reportedly considered a move for the Brazilian in January, but a transfer never materialised.

However, according to football.london, the Gunners are set to rekindle their interest for Arthur in a bid to add strength in depth to their midfield ahead of the new Premier League season.

Despite already signing four players this summer, Mikel Arteta is keen to add quality and numbers to his squad, with Arsenal looking to secure a top-four finish after missing out last term. body check tags ::
