CSKA Moscow forward Fedor Chalov has reportedly emerged as a potential summer signing for Arsenal.
The Gunners' failure to qualify for next season's Champions League has allegedly left Unai Emery with a limited transfer budget, and the Spaniard is said to be prioritising improvements in defence and midfield.
However, according to Sky Sports News, Arsenal are considering whether to make a bid for 21-year-old Chalov.
The recently-capped Russia international netted 15 goals from 30 league outings this season, while a further two strikes came from six appearances in the Champions League.
The report comes at a time when the future of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang appears uncertain, with the Gabon frontman being linked with a lucrative transfer to the Chinese Super League.
