Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is demanding a three-year deal worth £250,000 a week to stay in North London, according to a report.
The Gabon international will see his current deal at the Emirates expire next summer, and speculation has been rife regarding his future with Arsenal unlikely to qualify for next season's Champions League.
Gunners manager Mikel Arteta is optimistic that Aubameyang will pen a new deal with Arsenal, but the prolific forward is supposedly holding out for a significant offer from the club.
Indeed, ESPN report that Aubameyang is seeking a deal worth £250,000 per week with Arteta's side, with the 31-year-old currently on a weekly wage of £200,000.
Aubameyang would not be short of options if he decides against extending his stay in North London, however, with Barcelona, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Juventus all credited with an interest in the Gunners captain.
Aubameyang has netted 19 Premier League goals this term, level with Leicester City's Jamie Vardy in the race for the golden boot.
