Brighton & Hove Albion are said to have agreed a club-record, £18m fee with Genk for Leandro Trossard.
The 24-year-old winger - skipper of the Belgian side - has attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs this summer, with Arsenal and newly-promoted Aston Villa also said to be in the hunt for his signature.
The Seagulls are thought to have won the race, however, and according to Sky Sports News, the side are now putting the final touches to an £18m deal.
The Belgian found the net 22 times in 47 appearances in all competitions for Genk last season and also notched up 11 assists.
New Brighton manager Graham Potter is planning to bring in a number of new faces this summer as he looks to avoid the relegation scrap that befell the side last season and has already signed centre-back Matt Clarke from Portsmouth in a deal thought to be worth £5m.
