Feyenoord youngster Orkun Kokcu has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for a number of clubs in the Premier League.
The 17-year-old has emerged as one of the top prospects in European football, contributing as many as 17 goals and 34 assists for Feyenoord's Under-19s side last season.
Kokcu is yet to make a senior appearance for the Dutch giants but according to the Daily Mail, that has not prevented teams from England's top flight from showing an interest.
The report claims that Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are all monitoring the player's development ahead of a possible approach at the midway point of the campaign.
Kokcu - whose contract expires in 2020 - has already earned international recognition with the Netherlands' Under-19s side.
