Chelsea have reportedly told interested clubs that they will have to pay Gary Cahill's £130,000-a-week wages in full if they are to sign him on loan.
Cahill's current contract at Stamford Bridge expires at the end of the season and Chelsea are understood to be open to the idea of cashing in on their club captain.
The likes of Arsenal, Crystal Palace and Fulham have all been linked with a move for the 33-year-old, while there have also been offers from outside London.
However, Cahill is eager to stay in the capital, and the Evening Standard reports that Chelsea will only let him leave if his wages are paid in full.
The former England international is now expected to see out his contract at Stamford Bridge before leaving on a free transfer in the summer.
Cahill has made 289 appearances for the club across all competitions since joining in 2012 but has not been selected by Maurizio Sarri since November.
